This statement discloses our privacy policy regarding data collected on the OpinionZone.com web site ("OpinionZone"), and your associated rights and responsibilities. This statement only addresses our practices regarding OpinionZone. We have set forth below the Terms and Conditions for the use of OpinionZone and your participation as a Panelist for our surveys. Should any conflict exist between this privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will control.

Information. OpinionZone is the sole owner of the information collected on OpinionZone. We collect personally identifiable information from our Panelists in the initial questionnaire Panelists complete. We will not sell, distribute, or make available in any form personally identifiable information (i.e. name, address, phone, or email) of any Panelist without their express permission. Except for the Surveys, we will not solicit you or ask you to purchase anything from us. As noted in our initial questionnaire, we are marketing specialists and we frequently need opinions on new ideas. When we need your opinion, we will contact you and provide you with the opportunity to participate in a survey panel. We collect the information provided to us by Panelists who choose to complete a survey that they have been invited to complete. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, but we will provide to others summaries of the non--personally identifiable information we obtain from Panelists. For example, we may share the results of the Surveys with any number of third parties, however, those results will not be linked to your personally identifiable information. We may also invite Panelists to participate in a more in-depth survey or an interview by telephone or in person. If we do so, it will be an invitation that a Panelist can either accept or reject.

Registration Data. When you register as a Panelist, you provide us with some personal data, including your email address. We use Panelist registration data in order to send invitations to complete surveys to persons in a particular demographic. We use survey responses to provide our clients with feedback about their business.

Other Data Collection. We may get data from or about you in other ways not specifically described in this statement. For example, you might contact us with a question or complaint. We maintain any personal information like similar information set forth in this policy.

Contractors/Service Providers. We may use third party contractors who can access our databases for the purpose of conducting repairs or upgrades to our computer system. These contractors sign a standard confidentiality agreement.

We may use third party service providers and give access to your personal data as part of the services they provide to us. We require these providers to use and disclose your personal data only as necessary to perform their services.

Security. We take every reasonable precaution to protect our Panelists' information. When Panelists submit information via OpinionZone, that information is protected both online and off-line. We use industry-standard security protocols, such as (if and where appropriate) firewalls, encryption, and restrictions on which employees can access Panelist data. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we can not guarantee that any communication or information is completely secure from unauthorized access.
