OpinionZone Survey Sweepstakes

Rules November 2005 – October 2006

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes will be conducted from November 1, 2005 12:01 a.m. EST through October 31, 2006 12:00 p.m. EST. (“Promotion Period”)

DESCRIPTION OF THE SWEEPTAKES. Various survey based sweepstakes will be offered on an invitation-only basis during the Promotion Period. Each will be conducted separately and each will have a separate prize package. These Official Rules apply to all sweepstakes conducted during the Promotion Period. The dates and the prize packages for each will be included in the email invitation to participate (Survey Invitation).

HOW TO ENTER. Each e-mailed Survey Invitation will have one of two ways for survey respondent to respond and be automatically entered into that Survey Invitation’s sweepstakes. Either 1) be among a limited number of respondents as defined in your Survey Invitation to complete the survey by the provided deadline or 2) complete and timely submit an OpinionZone survey(s). Sweepstakes valid dates vary by survey. See your specific e-mailed Survey Invitation for open, close, drawing and notification dates.

ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open to registered and active members in good standing of OpinionZone who meet all OpinionZone eligibility requirements and who have been invited to participate. Employees, directors, immediate families (spouses, children, household members) of MARC USA and any survey sponsoring company their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and others involved in this promotion are not eligible.

PRIZE. Prizes vary by survey. See your Survey Invitation e-mail for prize description and estimated retail value.

All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specified by sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of any prize will be permitted, except at the option and sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on all prizes.

Odds of winning a prize in any sweepstakes will vary. See your Survey Invitation e-mail for odds of winning statement.

PRIZE DRAWING. Prize drawings dates will vary based on the dates of each sweepstakes. See your Survey Invitation for prize drawing dates. Drawing will be held by an independent judging agency. The decision of the sweepstakes judge is final.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail and will have 7 days to respond. Eligible Canadian citizens will be required to answer a mathematical skill question prior to awarding of prize. If winner does not respond to claim prize, prize will be forfeited and an alternative will be chosen. Return of any prize notification e-mail as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be chosen. OpinionZone and its Sponsors are not responsible for any lost, late or garbled prize notification communications.

By accepting the prize, winner(s) agree to release OpinionZone and its Sponsors and their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors and dealers and each of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in OpinionZone and its related activities.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. All materials submitted become the sole property of OpinionZone and its Sponsors. OpinionZone and its Sponsors are not responsible for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost /unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the individual sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined solely by OpinionZone and its Sponsors. In the event of termination of any of the individual sweepstakes, a notice will be sent to all entrants and a random drawing will be held among all eligible entrants received prior to time of termination of the affected sweepstakes. Attempt by any individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of any faction of OpinionZone including its sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. OpinionZone and its Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such to the fullest extent of the law.

WINNERS LISTS. Winners list for each complete sweepstakes will be available within 60 days of close of sweepstakes at OpinionZone.com.
